Inline Testing Jigs

Fixture: In view of the variety of boards, this will be designed specifically for a particular board and will act as an interface between the board and the load. It takes the connections for the driver sensor points and routes them directly to the relevant points on the board using a "bed of nails." We have added an exclusive feature of delaying the load to turn on (milliseconds). This is an advantage for load safety as it allows sufficient time for the input capacitors to charge to full capacity, ensuring the safety of the load as well as providing correct readings to the DC load or meters.

We also provide a box with a series bulb connection between the circuit and load for input-side short circuit protection.
